Water Cycle:
1. Why is the water cycle an important factor in one of the earth's process?
The water cycle is an important factor because without the water cycle, the Earth's process might be really different. The water cycle is what keeps our earth with water. No water cycle, no water on the Earth.
2. How does percipitation, condensation and evaportation play a role in the cycle?
Precipetation, condensation and evaporation play an important role in the water cycle because they are the main elements of the water water cycle. Without one ther is no other. Also it is what keeps the water cycle running.
3. How do we play a role in the water cycle, are we a postive factor or a negative. Please explain?
We play a role in the water cycle because we are the people that can makethe water cycle stop. Also humans are the people that put the water in the oceans. we could be a positive and negative factor to the water cycle.
Acids, bases & pH:
1. What can you tell me about acids, bases and testing?
Acids,bases and testing are all similar. You test the pH of the water and that can tell you if it is and acid or if it is a base.
2. What are the differences between acids and bases?
The difference is that acids are at a scale of 7 or below. Bases are at a scale of 7 and 14. Acids can be very sour. Vinegar, lemon juice, and Hydrocloric Acid is all examples of acids. Bases can be bitter. Amonnia is an example of a base.
3. Why might it be important to test water based on the acidity?
It would be important because we wouldn't want to be in an acid scince it will burn us. We want our water to be neurtal and safe. Also if we test it we an see how much acidity we can take out.
