Ans:2. The Croton Aqueduct was built so that people would be able to have acess to fresh clean drinking water almost everywhere; because the water there was dirty and unsanitary. The need that the Croton Aqueduct that it was constructed to fullfill is so that people could have healthier longer lives with celan fresh drinking water.

Ans:3. The start point is the Croton River and the end point is Central Park. The Croton River sends out water to the aqueduct and the Reservoir in Central Park recieves it. The relationship of both points to the aqueduct is that they both have water that is some how being able to come out from peoples faucets. The water from the Croton River is purified and is transported threw the aqueduct to the reservoir in Central Park; and then there are pipes that take the water from the reservoir and brought to peoples apartments and office buildings.(Before not anymore)
