1. the evolution of NYC's sewage system is that many years ago there was bad water that no one water and no sanitation till they decided that it was enough and mad bathroom and came up with ideas like the croton dam. some challenges they had were that they didn't have anywhere to put the poop and other stuff so they made a hole in the ground which made new york city have a bad smell and mad the water all contaminated with poop witch made no on want it also they didn't have clean fresh water.

The water cycle is an important cycle in our enviorment because without these processes we would be filled with a hole lot of water because it would no evaporate and the our rivers and oceans would over flow and then our lands would be covered in water.
